Not bad but the final chapters seems rush with little build up to the main fight. But I enjoyed it none the less.

There’s rarely any dull moments in Carl and Donut’s adventures. Even the lulls between battles are interesting and unexpected. Jeff Hays performance is superb and immersive. Definitely recommend this whole series.

Love the series so far. Nasty cliffhanger. Not 100% sold on the ending but looking forward to the next book. Jeff hays is a master of his craft and absolutely crushed the narratives.
