The story was ok, I wouldn’t say great, but ok. Jeff Hays is so good that he doesn’t need the sound effects and they pulled away from the story.

I really like Jeff Hays, but what the heck is this story? After 40 chapters it’s still an ant eating caterpillars and increasing his stats. I’m bored to tears, sorry.

Straight up awesome. A modern masterpiece. Makes me laugh, cry , rejoice and everything in-between. I love the pop culture references. Seriously, the bad reviews really and I mean really had to understand.

Absolutely loved this story as a webnovel and it’s just as good on audible! Jeff Hays had truly breathed life into our favorite shiny ant! This has placed itself solidly as my son’s favorite story and he is only 7!! Excellent

it feels like the story is starting to go downhill.I’m not throwing in the towel yet though very invested in characters. That being said depending on how things go between MC and npc’s I might stop listening after book 4.Also not a big fan of sound effect on top of narration.
