Review from Ascension Series: Volume I →
i like thé starting Point in our near Future with not too many fancy or crazy stuff. and then the story moves forward from there on.
Could not stop listening, loved the story, sometimes the extra details added to the experience, sometimes it felt bogged down.
I dont have words to describe how much of a masterpiece this is. I was iffy till a henry sato motivational speech blew my mind. Thank you blaise corvin you have made my year on a horrible year. 🙂
Great book. Fantastic series. Top three for me! I appreciate Charles dean for finishing this series.
I got this audiobook because I love Soundtooth Theater and the voice actors; Jeff Hays and Annie Ellicott. They do a great job with this series. And that is the last good thing I have to say about this audiobook. Forcing players to remain logged in while they are tortured and/or raped doesn’t make for..
The weakest entry into the Delver series. I wish the author wrote a recap chapter for both Delvers and Hazard, but instead Hazard is just shoehorned in and we are expected to have read the Hazard series. The problem is that each of the author’s series are so different from one another that they’re not..
What a wonderful journey up the World Tree. Thank you for taking me (us) along. Even though I wasn’t actually trapped, I felt like I was part of, and invested in, all the adventures along the way. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
I’ve read all of the other Delvers LLC and Nora Hazzard books and I must say that this is one gnarly story. I cant wait for the next installment. I must say that Jeff Hays is one talented voice actor bringing the story to life. This series is a must read!!!
The progress is pretty great. The charecters are decent. Its not perfectly tuned to my liking but thats fine. What would’ve been to my liking would be the “vallain” being more known. Its not a factual thing just my opinion. But thats understandable, considering its focused on the main char like it should be.
