I can never hate any soundbooth products but this series is one of my favorites. I wish there was going to be more too it. That afterword really hits home.
Don’t read if you haven’t finished! Kind of sad Miller didn’t find anyone.I liked the wrap up but honestly would have liked to know a little more about Lee’s children in either world. I wasn’t big on the Shadow Queen Ophelia most of the book, But the thoughts of how they spent sooooo long together..
I loved every minute of this story. The intrigue, the foreboding, the battles. Every moment sucks you in and the sound studio makes it come to life. I loved the sound effects, the voice narration and the music. Every bit of it adding to the immersion without distracting from the flow of the story.
Let me first start off and say that I absolutely love the series but starting with this book I’m falling out of love with it. the new audio sound effects, music , background sound, environment audio. Is sooo distracting at some points that I can’t even hear the narrator. Please have the sound affects removed!!!
Entertaining listen that doesn’t take itself too seriously. I enjoyed the premise of basically augmented reality pokemon, particularly as regular folks see the characters act weird not why. Not too much tension plot-wise, but that seemed like the point. – – Narration performances by JH and the Soundbooth theater gang is fantastic, as usual. They..
Great book, it’s nice to have a LITRPG that doesn’t bury you in pages and pages of stats, formula, and skill trees. Oh it has them, but they are rarely brought up and not really important to the story. It’s also nice to see a MC that is not stupidly overpowered nor does he rely..
An alien apocalypse full of explosions and other chuckle inducing antics. I was very satisfied with this book and the narrator’s performance.

The whole group is so overpowered that this book is terribly boring. They are rich, have the king’s favor, have unique powers that are unmatchable, an all powerful dragon, and unique items. It’s just so boring that there is no struggle. Also you have to listen him talk to every npc about trading his infinite..
Music will randomly start and stop. Makes it hard to hear story. Need to be more careful and avoid the soundbooth trash.
