***Spoilers*** TL;DR – The author did a wonderful job, and the vocal cast was excellent. The sound production was great as well, I appreciated the leitmotif that was the sound of time passing whenever Vincent and the team moved on to a new chapter of their adventures, giving an audio byte a form of presence…
was an epic journey all the way to the very end, at the very end my heart broke with tears of joy and sadness all in the same moment!
great book, loved the plot and world they were in. the characters were cool too, with the exception of the bad guy who just seemed mentally ill. the plot otherwise was very entertaining. great listen for anyone who is into litrpg
it has potential, i just hope the second book(audiobook, it’s not good enough to warrant the kindle purchase) will capitalize on it’s strengths, and not fall too hard into the “Harem bait” pitfall others often fall into.
Absolutely love the writing and the book series. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a thoroughly enjoyable read
book after book I couldn’t stop listening and laughing and eventually falling in love with boxy t morning wood.
This is starting to stand out as one of the most consistently good series of LITRPG books out there. Plenty of action. The characters stay consistent and don’t make choices that you know they wouldn’t make. Solid story and character progression each book. Narration is top notch. Highly recommend.
