This story successfully merges religion, mystery, and space sci-fi together. The main characters are interesting and full and fun. The book keep you suspended from one chanter to the next. I am looking forward to the next installment.

This is a fantastic series with near-Cradle levels of compulsive readability. A snarky romp featuring flawed characters with actual depth. The best kind of performance, featuring a female voice actor doing female parts and a male voice actor doing male parts (as well as standard narration).

This pushed the story along very nicely. Perfect balance between fighting and building. Other than the first fight scene with the scorpion the sound effects were very nice. All the fights were well balanced.

Loved dual perspective between Vincent and Lucas. Narration great except Quinn as lacked emotions. Over use of mana potions was over the top as well as suicide to avoid pain.
