I thought it was a justified continuation of the story. I am confused about what everyone didn’t like!?!? was it the best story ever? maybe not; however, I stayed engaged in the story. did it have a fairy tale ending? absolutely not, but is that what you are looking for??? story isn’t over I certainly..
Great pacing. Nothing drags or gets overly involved in minutia, yet the details matter. Interesting story-line twists and a great setup for future books. Fun audio book with excellent production value. Overall, well done!
from truly enjoying book 1 and 2 I always get nervous on a 3rd as it seems in most cases they trail off or stall. That is not the case here. New characters and arcs that had me wanting more and more. Truly a great series that keeps on giving

This was the worst of the four books. The only good things I can say for it is that there were a few unique (though dull) characters, it didn’t rely entirely on pop culture references like many other LitRPG, and it didn’t devolve into a harem porno like many LitRPG. What I didn’t like would..

Seriously. It’s like they didn’t even bother listening to their product, because the whole book sounds like it was read through twenty feet of pipe with the mic gain turned to max. That aside, the story was satisfying in its own right, and character development and plot twists were adequate.
Prepare for irritating Dramatic Music that sounds like it was pulled straight from the game Plague Inc., and even more unnecessary sound effects. If you can handle these added annoyances, it’s still the same story, and anyone that says differently didn’t bother to listen past the intro.
