The story flows smoothly in a well described arc. The main character is well thought out but some of the supporting cast is a bit confusing. The oration is tippy top notch. Soundbooth theater goes above and beyond by adding in music and sound effects at key points. All around an excellent experience.

There is too much description, especially of the MC’s thought process. It’s annoying to have that much pointless fluff. up to chap 15, there is about 2 real chapters worth of matl. He starts his real adventure around then.
I love all of these books…. this book series pulled me in from the first book……. I hope there are more to come…
