I came across this book as random ad on Facebook. After reading the title I was like “What the hell, I’ll give it a shot.” I ended up binging this book in one day. If you’re a fan of sci-fi, fantasy, and action-adventure comedy this book is for you.

really, really good book!great blend of fantasy and scifi. while a lot of books fall into the pitfall of power leveling the character to the point of absurdity, this book doesn’t. the progression of the character is met with just as many challenges. I also never found myself completely confident in any of the characters’..

I was hesitant to get this book because the premise sounded silly but it was certainly worth it. It was hilarious and fun. The characters were great. At first I didn’t like the narrator’s voice for Carl but it grew on me. I’m getting the next book right now and so should you.
