I personally was not a fan of the airy, echoing voice of when the character was talking in his mind, nor of the monotoneness of regular narration, not of the voices. I understood what he was going for, but I wish there was an option to turn that option off if that was possible.
this production follows the previous perfectly. great humor, good updates and the flow is handled really nicely. progression doesn’t feel forced, and doesn’t feel overpowered or over the top which is rare for these kinds of books. God damnit donut
It’s should be titled Henry LLC. To sum it all up it’s all about Henry now. Henry turns into a demigod, abandons any sense of decorum, his wife gains unimaginable powers, and then he gets a second overpowered wife. Henry this, Henry that. Otherwise, this is a great first installment. I’m looking forward to hearing book..
If you’ve liked the prior audiobooks in the series, you’ll love this one. Matt Dinniman keeps punching his audience with the “FEELS” knuckle dusters in between intense action and surprising intrigue. The story does well conveying Carl’s struggles to maintain his humanity, confront his current and past actions and save his family and friends from..
