If you enjoyed the previous installments, you’ll love this one. Donut gets a bit whiney the 1st 2/3rds but not enough to diminish the story. I just told myself this is the writer trying to articulate how the stress is affecting her. I get it. But yeah, this one is great.

When I first saw the name and cover for DCC I thought it was going to be just another cookie cutter LITRPG. Boy was I wrong. Like the first two, it’s hard to put down and as deep as it can be while being digestible in whatever but size you can take. I found the train plots/setting took more away than it added, but the character development was still solid. Katia made the book, she’s a great addition to the series..
