An extremely fun and original litrpg story. Funny and exciting, better than many out there presently. I’m eager to see what happens to Donut and Carl next.

the narrator is amazing. great performance. I cannot imagine anyone else narrating such an amazing book. Thank you Matt and Jeff for such a masterpiece ?

Earth goes smoosh. Everyone in any kind of enclosure fires splat. Only those outside survive, only to end up in the Game. The Game is ‘televised’ live. Death is a near certainty!

I am about halfway through this book. I really don’t like the cat. Carl isn’t bad but I do t care too much about him either. I get the sense the book is supposed to be funny, but it fell flat for me.

Story was great in first three book, both funny and action packed, like a buddy movie.Characters are well written and come across as real. Narrator is a comfort to listen to, makes easy to relax and just listen.

This series is great. The characters are distinct and well defined. Good character and story progression. A+ narration. Top shelf LitRPG
