best superhero story I have read and cant wait to read the full series and narration is top tier professional.

I will that I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. There are couple of parts that do a bit too much exposition or give an info dump. But aside from that, not a bad listen.

But I didn’t enjoy the story. I don’t understand all the other give star reviews. After the real world opener, which was very engaging, everything seemed to fall flat for me. I have seen the “villain as hero” done elsewhere better. I respect that the author put in the time and got published, four times..

I really want more… and the fact that I happen to live in the state this story takes place in.. makes me a little more invested.. actually knowing some of the locations.. been to… or by… some of them too. I’ve seen the air base.. been to the Cheyenne mall. I live in Casper however…..
