Okay don’t get spooked, there’s not too much romance, but there is some and it’s well done. Especially when compared to regular romance novels because those can have tons on eye roll moments. As for the litRPG portion, it’s quite creative, the main element is a randomized tower climb that can have weird themed floors..
I really like the challenge set forth on this story. it is just different enough to be fun and intriguing. Add some great characters to that and there is very little not to like about this book. I am downloading book 2 whole I write this.

this is a pretty good book, but the characters are way too over-the-top dramatic. Anyone who is gone through what any of them have wouldn’t blow up and fly off the handle like they do.
