A fantastic finish to a truly epic story. This has been a perfect ending to a great story. a ride I’ll definitely be telling others to listen too!
Well done!

This was an awesome story! I wish there was more!!! But, as they say, all good things must come to an end. If you’ve come this far with the story you’ll be well satisfied with how everything turns out! I can’t wait for more from this author and also from sound booth theater!
Read this whole series. I did not like the MC in the beginning. But darn it, tears formed at the end.
Is this literary genius? No. Will this go down in history as an amazing book? No. Don’t let those stop you from enjoying this series. It’s just fun, funny and enjoyable. My wife reads trashy romance novels, and I listen to litrpg as glutinous fun, and I love every minute of it.
it has some good story and a few creative mechanics but it also has a slew of awful puns, jokes, and… some exceptionally cringeworthy memes just thrown in unnecessarily. biggest of all are the “sound effects” that consists of circus music during fights, and farts sounds.
Fun, exciting, unpredictable, has an actual plot- checks every box for me. Awesome writer, Hays crushed it. Thank you
Seemed like tying up the ending was not as strong (mostly when dealing with the VI’s fates) but didn’t ruin it (guess we will see where the nes darker world takes us). otherwise I recommend the series. great performances throughout (my only objection was the voice of panda….she was a little jarring/not natural).
Brevity might be the soul of wit and I’m familiar with Eric Ugland’s similarly brief Louis L’Amour-esque penny-dreadful LitRPGs, but the promise of this narrative vs. what was written makes this just feel short. To be specific, I would have loved to have seen the townsfolk’s abilities and the defender’s strategies grow and evolve over..
