This book did not live up to the previous books. Felt rushed and with so much potential lost.

I enjoyed this book and audiobook, I hope book 2 comes out soon, if you enjoy litrpg and vrmmo gamelit books you will enjoy this book.

this book is definitely NSFW, but damn if it isn’t fun to listen to. the premise of the story is pretty unique among the LitRPG that I’ve seen and leads to some excellent character development from our protagonist. I can’t recommend this series enough if you’re okay with graphic sex scenes and violence.

The mc jumps between stupidly passive to stupidly aggressive. Like a light switch. Then add that to silly sound effects that are stock sounds that often only vaguely relate to the events in the book. Need a bit of pouring water… Let’s use a babbling brook sound effect. And the effects are added at random..

There is too much extra going on. Just play the game already… O wait you can’t because the world is ending and evil people and corporations that don’t have to answer to laws because the book makes no sense!!!! Just unrealistic and boring. Waste of time reading this.
