This was an amazing book, I couldn’t stop listening to it. Besides being well written and preformed, it had a great story line with a great mix of characters. It was not typical post apocalypse narrative, being a litrpg style book. I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next one!

The audiobook production quality on this is pretty good and there are a handful of interesting concepts marred by poor writing and storytelling. Narration is odd at times doing things like having the female narrate the males thoughts even though a male does the narration for him when he talks and there’s a decent amount of long stats moments so for me I will prefer reading this book.
The story starts out OK. But spends more time explaining the main characters guilt for having achieved some form of success. And then goes downhill as a rant against rich people not spending all their money on poor people and how they’re just evil for not doing so ultimately the book turns into a political..
