ending was very disappointing was expecting better after how well series started but perhaps this isn’t the end?
I had a hard time at the beginning of the book. The character just annoyed me to no end. It was after he got trapped in the spire that this book really takes off. I highly recommend it and would enjoy revisiting this world again.
First off, Jeff Hays is awesome as always. The story had good character development, lots of action, but little plot. It was pretty much just the trip to their new city and all the Trials and tribulations along the way.
I liked this book. The characters interested me, and the voice acting was top notch. My only issue was that the ending was abrupt and unsatisfying.
It was on sale, but that’s about all I can say about it. I got through it and promtly forgot it. As harem stories go, there isn’t much of that in this story. The story is disjointed and vague, at least to me.
enjoyed the story. it was a resolved story. for one of many characters. on to the next. them darn world bosses and materials to jump.
Great narrators/voice actors. A fun story. Entertaining, naughty, and funny. I look forward to the next book.
Best book in the series so far. Great world building and story pacing and progression. The setting and story are well established for the next book. The audio mastery of the book is also pretty good, with more effects and flavor sounds than I recall from the previous two books.
The book description SUCKS! it made me shy away from this title for a LONG time. and it made me very skeptical about listening. the first 20 minutes or so I almost put the book down for good due to me having judged the book by the cover. but I am very happy I gave..
