I think this book is a great story. I cant for the life of me figure out why the author thought all the swear words were necessary. Starting book 2 now.

I think this book is a great story. I cant for the life of me figure out why the author thought all the swear words were necessary. Starting book 2 now.
Great story and narration! Devon was an avid gamer, but she is giving it up because her favorite game just shut down. But then she gets an offer to be a tester for a new up-and-coming game company. With a new gameworld and new tech at her fingertips what could possibly go wrong? Soundbooth does..
another great performance by Soundbooth Theater, I really love the extra touches these guys put on their recordings. The story was fun again, and it’s great seeing the dungeon and characters growing
By happenstance, I think Life Reset was one of – if not *the* – first GameLit novels I read. The first three had a finality to their conclusion, and I was worried book four would really disappoint in that “did the story really need to continue” way some series do. I’m so glad my worries..
This series has really captured my interest. I don’t even game and the author made it so I saw what was happening and understood. This type of book is only the second one that really interests me. Kudos to the author. Ruth
Upfront, this is my favorite entry into the series! I do admit, there were a few portions of the story that I didn’t care for at first, but the author did a good job turning my opinion around. With the conclusion of the last book leaving off the way it did, the MC is forced..
I bought the first book as a why the hell not. Ever since I have been jumping on each book after that. So far I have been hooked and I cannot wait for the next one to come out!!!!
All the additional special effects made this story come alive. Bought both the book and audible. The various voices were very well done. I look forward to more from this author and the voice actors. I highly recommend this audible and book to any fan of fantasy and litrpg.
Sound effects distract from the narrator and at times is hard to hear. Story was great I’m just not a fan of adding sound effects.
