So ridiculous
Review from Supers: Ex Heroes →
As brilliantly stupid as the first three books. Funny throughout, the cast is amazing, great narration cannot wait time see where the story goes from here. This series is totally shiny
Honestly this was a very good book. As my first book buy this author I was really impressed. Especially because I don’t always like the recommendation that audible give but this was a five start. If you like William D. Arand you will really like the book I promise
This was the first LITRPG novel where I did not feel the RPG sections distracted from the overall story. Excellent novel. Well written and well narrated. Look forward to the story continuing.
What can I say about this book! This is a world I have no reference to and I must view in the context of the world that has been presented to me. Twenty or Thirty years ago I don’t know if I could have dealt with such an violent world scenario even being conversant with..
This series is extremely well-written, the plot is stitched together with skill, and I can’t wait to start the next! Which I’m gonna do…NOW!
I wasn’t sure if this book was going to be for me and was pleasantly surprised with a fun and entertaining story that managed to incorporate several aspects of LitRPG into the character development that made the excitement jump off the page. As fans of LitRPG are well aware, many of these books can veer..
The book builds up a large suspense and then abruptly ends leaving the reader with a shockingly dissatisfied feeling. It fells like someone gave you a book with a torn ending.
This story reads like a decent fanfic of a quasi-Tolkien world. Though you don’t need to pay all that much attention to what is going on to know what’s going on. Characters don’t experience too much growth during the story, next to no struggle, and consistently feel like personifications of ideas instead of living characters…
