I enjoyed the ostensible very much. The protagonist was quite fun to play the game along with and he kept the surprises coming. Excellent idea to use stat points instead of EXP, very original! This was a great story I would recommend to any fan of Lit RPG. I’ll definitely pick up #2.

Of course that used to be what I would say for a good read when owning the book. In this case the combination of a good story and great performance makes it really hard not to just keep listening. I hope to see the next one out soon. I’m loving that Boxey T. Morningwood continues..
