I only had one issue with the book. Not going to give out spoilers, but it was the one scene where consent wasn’t given… Hope that’s bland enough. I thought it really made a difference in my outlook on the story in an entirety. I did enjoy the rest, especially the Caramell Dancen ritual…

Honestly, I didn’t like it at first. The story felt like it was rushing a little and things kept happening for seemingly no reason. But it makes perfect sense by the last chapter – I’m glad I stuck with it! Instead of having an unwilling hero, a shy timid adventure loving boy, or an on-the-edge..
I was blessed enough to receive this title from the author, and I have loved this series from the very start (starting with this wonderful book). I jumped on the chance to hear the book being performed by these two actors, and it has been an interesting experience. I repeat – I LOVE this series…

This started off so promising. A high level gamer who is betrayed by his guild, forced to restart entirely from level 0 as one of the weakest monster races in existence, and then dedicates his new life to revenge against his former comrades? Sign me up. Envisioning a pissed off goblin curb stomping some arrogant..
loved it!

TLDR; This book and series is well written, character development is consistent, has LitRPG elements and is Vulgar and funny. A great roller coaster ride and I loved it! And Jeff Hays is brilliant as always. The most important first point here, this book’s main character is not a good guy that happens to be..
