A very well thought-out follow up to the first epic adventure. Looking forward to #3.
Great #2 for the series

I barely got through the first hour. The book is nothing but a teenage boy whining. He has no balls and allows everyone to just run over him except the girl he just all of a sudden is completely smitten with. Stupid drivel. Complete waste of a credit.
This book is perfect for those who love solid character progression and a ton of town building. Stayed entertained the whole time!
it has an okay plot line, but there is no drama. it’s the equivalent of a game nerfed to no challenge for the main hero and his friends. level 5s taking on a group of 16s twice their number and easily defeating them? never a challenge in any monster encounter? just learn magic and now..
The first thing I want to praise this book for is the emotional journey with Lucas. The disgust with Draven and the heartache of Keegan, I loved every second of it. while Lucas was supposed to be over powered, he still almost lost several times and the slow build of his power was great. The..
Looks like Antonio is going to pull a Patrick Rothfuss and either not intend to finish this series or has lost the drive to do so… I see there’s a lot of support for the writer, blah blah…. but really? Why are you guys still listing series when there’s no follow up titles? After years!..
Don’t know how I lasted till the end of the box set. Hoped the bad demon would finish her off! A “poweful” witch who’s main talent was complaining. Although constantly under attack stupidly often didn’t have her best defence, her wand, handy. Dumb and bad tempered!
NSFW just so you know what you are getting into this book has crude humor and blatantly sexual references.
