audio quality is good but the author of this series has only one plot twist in there arsenal. character a is betrayed by character b, repeat each scene for 7 books.
The core problem of this work is that of the source material. The narrator is constantly winking at the audience, reminding them that this is a novel, and lampshading the genre cliches. way scary at times, but very good.i have listened too many books similar to this but this one is rememberable and is a strong foundation for many more books to fallow. I really enjoyed the voices and sound effects. keep-em coming.

I can’t believe that the weakest link was Jeff H. It is just the main character that is so repetitive and Jeff half yells lines that shouldn’t. The story I kept not caring about. Truly was not sad about anyone dieing in the last book.

Like other reviews it take a while to pick up. about 4 and 1/2 hours in. the beginning was probably the best. The MC’s situation and confrontation in the real world was believable, relatable, and I was cheering him on. the rest of the story picked up after the main setting and plot were thoroughly..
narrator wasn’t very good, but this book is impossible to mess up. unabridged is always the only way to listen to a book, but this narrator had almost no variation in voices.
hilarious! great work, a bit crinch in some parts, but you’ll pull it through 😉
