I dislike the trope of “get stuck in a game but the stakes are real.” this story makes it work well. the plot and the narration our both great.
The story grows in complexity as it is read., with characters are rich and complex. Jeff Hayes once again does a fantastic job. A true story teller with a simply wonderful range of voices, dialects and female voices as well as male.
