Every bit of this, aside from the cursing, felt fresh and alive. The focal story focusing around a minor RPG monster and the crap he gets himself into a great fun and well written. The performance is only lacking in that all the females sound the same, aside from the Necromancer at the start.
A bingeworthy audiobook, I listened to Dungeon Lord start to finish in my workday. A perfect blend of humor, action and escapism with great pacing. The only drawback, and it’s a very minor one, is that the “character sheets” describing the talents and abilities of the characters within the novel do not translate very smoothly..

I truly began to empathize with and care about the charterers portrayed. As the story progresses their growth is subtle yet advances their individuality massively. Loved the story and will continue to look forward to future installments.
