I tore through this book. It was great! Henry’s personality really has opportunity to shine through and became so much more likable for me. Super epic fight/battle scenes! Awesome free-form magic! And holy cow, Jeff Hays, supremely excellent performance. I laughed out loud many times at Henry’s ‘who cares?’ antics and tude. Awesome stuff. Volleyball???..

loved the book keeps you wanting if you love the litepg genre read this book.
Content warning: This book contains depictions of sexual violence. Other than that, it’s an excellent book. Silly fantasy at its finest. Jeff Hays is an excellent voice actor and Illiev manages to write a funny tale. It’s not a deep book by any means, but something fun to kick back and relax with.
Pretty much the title. If the author could have found a way to make this book less haremy it would have been great for me

Well this was one action filled adventure with all the usual backstabbing and betrayals the series has become known for. Also it was an ending that wasn’t really an ending. Next up is Haley’s trilogy.
good story, just a little confused about how there is so much information about the guns but then you set magizen well then set clips. or how you have a helicopter carry an abrams dispite all the information that seys it can’t happen. again good story just frustrated at how the information is hit or..

Overall the book is well written and beautifully narrated. Compelling side characters along side a world that feels vast with many secrets to discover.
