The narrator is sooooo good! Perfect character voices all from one person! This was a great experience and the book is hilarious! Can’t wait to listen to the next one

I honestly forget that it’s just one person “narratored” by one person – it’s honestly an amazing performance. each character is completely distinct, it’s better quality than most full-cast audiobooks.

Author is not very familiar with writing mass combat. There is a distinct lack of strategic planning or descriptive, tactical combat you’d expect in a war themed setting. Author is back to having the characters behave erratically. Better than the first book though. So looking forward to the next one. Narration is still good too.

Holy Cow! What a ride! If I didn’t have adulting to do, I would have binge-listened all the way though only stopping to grab my DoorDash and the inevitable call from my Mother making sure I was eating healthy!
