The first 3/4 of the book was good and followed the previous books. Then, it just went off the rails. The story points felt awkward, the characters felt awkward, and it just didn’t mesh well.

This has literally been one of the funniest books I’ve heard on Audible!! they have done a bang up job doing it!!!
I am returning this because it is a teen girl story. This should be labeled as such. I tried to like it and just could not stomach the frivolity. I am returning it. The narrators did a great job with the story they had.
High production values, entertaining plot, really could use a better editor, and I suspect the author has not really spent much time taking to women in real life.

narration is great but story is absolute garbage. I like lit RPGs I think they’re pretty fun to listen to this one is just not that enjoyable the main character always seems angry. and there’s no real hooking point you’re wondering when something in the story is going to grab you and it just doesn’t
For me the highlight of this book was the incredible narration! Honestly, other than saying that the narration was perfect, I have no clue how to describe it. The story itself is good. Personally I didn’t like how slow the characters are at growing, but it’s not badly paced, just slower than I was hoping.
