a great new addition to the RPG-style book series. the story is funny, graphic, and moves along well. first time hearing a book with this narrator and he does an amazing job. looking forward to book 2.
The dark side recruits a experienced gamer to be a new Dungeon Lord. Interesting mix of stuff from across the LitRPG genre a bit of portal, a bit of dungeon core (Lord). I had a little trouble following the very beginning (prologue?). The rest of the story flowed well. Jeff Hays did a great narration..
This was my first introduction to audible books and I have to say I’m hooked! Not only was the story very good but Jeff Hays made it come alive
This book is awful on so many levels that I failed to make it to the end,. Once again a bad premise could of been a good book if the protagonist wasn’t a wormy dud who drags the story down. There is not much to like about this book , the story is ridiculous. it’s..

This book starts off with a plot twist that never lets go and just keeps pulling you down the rabbit hole. It’s written in a way it reminds me of a Dungeon Master I had in my younger years, someone who can spin a simple story into an epic adventure. I love how it focuses..
I wasn’t expecting much from this book, I’ve been reading alot of lit rpgs and I’m becoming over saturated so I will be switching it up but this took me by surprise. a massive spin on the lit rpg genre. well done to the author I’ll be looking for your upcoming releases.
