This, well, Jesus where to begin. So the book starts slow and frankly terrible, then it gets good and then, then it gets terrifying. I don’t know if I actually recommend this to anyone… If you don’t like brutal descriptions of violence I can definely say this isn’t for you.

Just a whole lotta fun. Lots of world building. Fun characters, a dark here in charge perhaps? He makes it hard to be sure. Lots of questions answered, but many more left; looking forward to the second book.

Good story and excellent narration as always but. The story felt random. The different game archs felt disjointed to me. I wish the author would have focused on the one or two. Just my two cents.
I was excited about the change in perspective of playing as an NPC- this was way more in depth than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised at its rounded immersive story. from light hearted to super dark without being overly combat focused or overly detailed “system messages”. This was surprisingly well written.

First of All Felix is a putz. He is a little man who is not very smart and has to rely on his “harem” to taken care of him. THe OBVIOUS reliance on “points” without any real explanation on WHAT the points are or WHY they exist or are needed is a BIG plot hole…
A little slow to start but worth it. Wish there was a continuation didnt want the story to end
