The story was was fun if you are a gamer. I enjoyed it. The ending left too many unanswered questions though. but then I learned it was only book 1.

Don’t know what I expected, but this is not your typical superhero adventure.. Quite liked the different twist as it’s sort of a mmpg point game vs live superheroes.. at least hat’s what it reminded me of. good characters, great narration, fun personalities. the only annoying but was the over reading of character stats.. may..

I actually like they idea of the story, but I don’t like all the”game details.” Should just go with the Mimic getting stronger and the Succubus interaction. An interesting series about a dungeon mimic that goes on a rampage. Disclaimer: If i had to give a movie Parental Guidance rating on this book, it would fall somewhere between R and X.
