First book was ok, this one begins a slide towards the crappy soft core porno that is book 3. There’s still some plot and interest in book 2, but it isn’t worth listening to especially when book 3 is so bad. Give it a miss and find a better series.
Book becomes a soft core porno for 13 year olds. Found myself skipping vast sections (in which the main character pretends to be a smooth talker who is totally not a sexual predator) to try and find actually interesting plot development only to be disappointed over and over again. Not worth wasting your time on..
This was my first lit rpg book I’ve read and it was an incredible experience to say the least. the story was great the world was interesting and the characters were done masterfully. This was an immersive adventure that I cant get enough of. I just finished the book and have already bought book 2..
absolutely loved it. a unique protagonist and the author does a wonderful job of portraying the world from its perspective
