so I wasn’t a big fan of the voice effects or accents that were used. the writing was ok. story so far was leaving a little to be desired, maybe it will pick up later in the series but I am not getting the rest of series

Women authors need to be promoted more. I love this genre, but am sick of the harems. Not in this book. Fantastically developed characters, great plot, great game mechanics, and a very well paced story. Annie and Jeff did amazing work, as always.

Jeff Hays was splendid. duh. William Arand is a masterful storyteller. I’m eager to see where the story heads from here.

it took a little while to get into it but near the end it really seemed to pick up and that is usual Jeff Hays did a great job.

It’s more real life nothing then any thing else & the super hero / villain parts aren’t much better. The main character is person of very little power & he gets a boost to his powers, for every person enslaved to him. It could of been a very interesting concept / story, if it wasn’t..

I greatly enjoyed every aspect of this book and it’s performance. I fully look forward to the third installment of this series.

dear sweet baby Jesus stop with that stats at the end of each chapter. most the time it’s the same stats. maybe just recount the changes that happened. These books are relatively short to begin with. 2 + min of stats we’ve heard already is annoying.

I finished this book in 2 days couldn’t stop! only reason why I didn’t listen to it earlier was really petty. The reason was because his name is Dante. but I regret that so time to play the book!!
