I had to check to see if there were two readers because the difference in the voices of the female and male characters were so very different. I will definitely look for more books read by Jeff Hays. Additionally, I loved the story and have already purchased the next book.

The story is good enough to get my attention and may be good enough to purchase the next book. I feel like I am listening to someone playing dungeons and dragons. I am mostly annoyed with the person reading, his choice to randomly throw in echos when people speak is the most annoying.

A great tale of being stabbed in the back, and the beginning of a long, dangerous climb back to the top. The only problem is, life and death in the protagonists virtual world take on a whole new meaning. There are other great reviews for this book that are more comprehensive, so check them out!

Storyline is really good. Fast enough to keep you interested,but easy to understand. great read.

…known better. it’s becoming the mc’s annoying new catchphrase. that excuse was ok in the first book that’s not holding up so well still. so far the girls have been carrying the mc’s weight throughout the entire story one event after another.

Funny, well paced, and well written. I had no idea what to expect going in but this is a masterpiece.

Easily held my attention beginning to end, a different and refreshing take on a genre where you can almost copy and paste the plots and concepts from book to book.
