the story was entertaining and the narrator made it even better. can’t wait to listen to the next book
The audiobook version of this book is amazing. Probably what makes the book so great! Highly recommend. It’s Hunger games meets aliens. Get ready to get hooked!!!
A masterpiece. The Hunt of Hunts; harrowing loss; a little girl’s dance recital; the Masquerade. Follow a man and his friend’s hellish journey through unfair trials and impossible odds all whilst trying to maintain a thread of sanity in a now insane reality. CAUTION: May leave you an emotional wreck.
I can’t tell why this is popular. There are parts that I think are meant to be funny, but I didn’t laugh at all. It’s not that I was offended or anything, it’s just that while the general tone seemed to indicate a comedy, I couldn’t find any actual jokes. There’s also the fact that..
Best in the series! so much character development! first book to make me openly cry! absolutely incredible!

I LOVE the narrator. The story is so good and has me laughing and crying while driving into work. Can’t wait for the next one.
I’ve listened to quite a bit of lit rpg books, none with this premise. I can tell just after listening to the first book that it’ll become one of my all time favorites. Glurp glurp!
Really fun story. Enjoyable to see the collaboration of video game and Dungeons & Dragons come together and its own way.
