Lit RPG not so good. Are last this one wasn’t. Save your money. Narrator was good, the story just wasn’t.
Easily the worst thing I’ve ever spent a credit on. It was like listening to an excessively passionate gamer describe an RPG in too much detail. So, so, so boring, no story, couldn’t finish!
I absolutely loved this book. I couldn’t put it down to save my life. the only problem I had with this book was the constant reading of stat lists, at first it was fine but became repetitive very quickly. that being said I highly recommend listening to this book. can’t wait for book 2!!!
This book had some strong points and some weak points. First of all, the performance here was fantastic some great effects used at the right times that improved the story without hurting the flow with unnecessary sound effects. The story itself had a simple predictable arc. That’s not to say it was bad by any..
The premise for this story was intriguing, but the constant flashbacks deflated the suspense and made it nearly impossible to keep up with the story. The narration was adequate although I thought the portrayal of the one black character was racist to say the least
I like the story but there is almost an entire chapter of social injustice against transgender and the author’s feelings on the subject.
I enjoyed this story. the performance was good and the story was interesting. I think that it ended a tad suddenly and it feels like it sped too quickly into the end but I had a hard time putting this one down at night.
Not the typical space opera…this one the author had to think outside the box. I am getting scared that i will finish the series within a week of no one stops me
