Enjoyed the different story line, I would have never picked this if it wasn’t a daily deal. Liked it once I got started, it was hard to put down.

this is one of the better litrpg stories I’ve read with an amazing world that is vast and complex. totally worth picking up!

I can’t wait for the next book it was definitely a great time killer. definitely enjoyed the progression of the story.

This is an utterly awful book: poorly conceived, poorly written, with no discernible reason for why it was written. Trite ideas, weak writing, largely uninteresting characters and a wholly unforgettable story. The narrator had a huge task before him and handled it very commendably other than the nasal voice he gave the protagonist Felix.

Oddly for the book like this, the time the character spends in the real world is far more unbelievable than the time he spends in the fantasy world. Good development, somewhat consistent mechanics, females aren’t objects and an interesting world. This story is a cut above the rest of the lit-rpg genre.

One of the best performances! Great to listen to, I was hesitant at first, because of the book name (seemed somewhat childish), but was pleasantly surprised. This will be one of the few books I keep downloaded all the time and listen to a couple times a year, I highly recommend it!

great story and great narration. i hesitated to get this book but Jeff Hays does great work and the author definitely took this story places i never would have thought of.
