This is one of the best book series I have ever read. I started with physical and switched to audio and it’s good both way but the audio is one of the best audiobooks I’ve ever heard.

It was cute. I think I’ll read the next one as a physical book. The narration was just not for me personally.
I am really enjoying listening to this series. I didn’t know what to think before I got the 1st one but read the reviews and saw the stars. I took a chance and was not disappointed. I’m working my way through this series loving every minute of it.
Suitably complex characters, a unique, imaginative storyline, and good voice acting all add up to make this one of the best books I’ve listened to in a long time. Thank you for writing your own unique, creative story instead of making yet another political religious pamphlet like sooo many uncreative other authors in this genre..
This is a seamless next installment in the same big adventure. Whereas the first book ended abruptly, this has a more rewarding ending, which is a nice improvement. The introduction of new characters is appropriately slow. The action is consistent and interspersed with strategizing that somehow isn’t boring at all.
Audio review: voice acting was great! Like to an extent I’d believe that there were multiple voice actors used. It was very impressive. The only thing is i wasn’t a big fan of the voice choice for the main guy, Carl. It sounded like Kronk from the Emperors New Groove was reading to me. It..
