I found myself disliking the beginning of the book, then there was an abrupt story change in the middle. Seemed like the author also got bored with the beginning. Last half was better, but most likely won’t continue the series

This book is not for everyone. If you like cards against humanity and DnD though then its perfect for you. Its like a roleplaying game gone horribly wrong in the best way possible. I can’t wait for the next book.

I was so bored by this book I could not finish it. After eight chapters there was still not a single character that I liked. The first eight chapters is about a dumb wooden box who eats people and has zero emotions or mental comprehension.
the story is great I really enjoyed how everything was presented the flow the character development and I found myself looking into the plot of the characters and the world more than so the aspect of the villains inside this actual litrpg.
