The book definitely ends on a cliffhanger, but felt it was a great short story. The progress moves along well and never felt slow or boring. The descriptive dialogue helps you visualize it and Jeff Hays narration brings it to life very well. Once again great narration and great story.

Although some people may not like the whole harem thing, I think the author handled it well and he didn’t make it a whole erotic story with some fights. Other than that it was a very good series with a lot left for another series if he chooses to continue. Which I’m all for :).
This was a nice change from a serious fantasy novel. It has adult themes in it so no kids. To be honest if the adult scenes were slightly reworded then it could have been a book for almost everyone. The main character was great and a nice change from reading about the usual hero. I..
Have to say I blasted through this one, it was lots of fun and always enjoy the adventures of the main cast. Having read a lot of different LitRPG novels recently, I enjoy my time with these characters often the most. It is just fun, which for me is what I want out of this..

Any additional comments? so after only a little bit of time with this book i found my self with my headset on all day and finished it all at one time. I cant wait for the 2nd book to show up
fantastic story. tends to repeat things you’ve heard within the last 5 mind of listening which can be tedious and annoying
There were some nice surprises in here. If you’re not a gamer I wouldn’t suggest this.
