this whole series is just so flipping good you just have to start and you won’t be able to stop! but now the 6 month wait begins….

this is a crazy ass ride and very well written. I’m still on the edge of my seat at book 7. Now where’s book 8?

once again another fantastic tale of Carl and donut in the dungeon. I’m really happy to see he’s fleshed out all of the side characters too and gone on with some of their stories and make them all into one family. I really like Biggins. whoop whoop

Another excellent book in a great series. I really enjoy all that this offers. The world becomes more established. And it’s just fun perfect. The narration is awesome.

Heard some people on my socials talking about so thought I would give it a try. I’m glad I did! It’s a cheeky book with an interesting scenario. It’s a little bit like running man, a little bit like Mars attacks, and a little bit like a Duke Nukem game.

I usually reserve 5* ratings for books that hit the full emotional spectrum but this series is so refreshingly original, funny and has fantastic voice acting!

I usually don’t enjoy storylines where everything bad constantly happens to the main character, and this one really leaned into that. The performance by Jeff and the rest of the cast is what kept me listening — they did an outstanding job bringing the story to life. I might continue with the next book, but..

Jeff does an amazing job acting out all the characters. Some accents sounded different to me than what the story may have been trying for. Also, I’m assuming there was a guest appearance for the train conductor as the voice dialogue, though not terrible, was not on Jeff’s level. It kept throwing me off. Regardless..
