I don’t think I’ve ever been so impressed with a book before in my life. The narrator and production team make this book come to life.
The premise is fine but I hated the sound effects other than the music. The echoes sucked . The stats added nothing and screens was an annoying distraction at best.
The series really started hitting it’s stride in the last title, and this one just keeps rolling with Ocean’s 11 style reveals and unstoppable comedy.
All these books are so well done, the writing, pacing, performance. If it at all sounds interesting to you, just jump in, you won’t regret it.
Great sound effects and work by voice actors, great story so far, keeps me wanting to read/listen more
Loved the twists and turns, great speed of story. Wonderful world building and narrations was spot on.
love big smokes shout out to hitch hickers guide to the galaxy, cant wait to jump ship to the next book
The first book in this series is generally speaking, pretty weak. While Anthony is not entirely unlikeable there is far too much focus on him and the stats he’s stacking just to survive. It’s a bit like listening to a workout video where the the teacher narrates their every action and then takes a minute..
