Carl was such a relatable character and made it feel like I was a part of this fleshed out world. I loved the serious tones mixed with humor.

Production is amazing and the voice actor is unbelievable, I’ve got so many people addicted to this series
Ba-ba-ba-BOSS BATTLE! Endgame starts to take shape. still 2 books left to go, but the seeds of victory are sewn.
Strike one: No motivation (or any kind of defining characteristics) for the main character. I’ve read and enjoyed other stories which had this problem to begin with, but it’s still a mark against it.Strike two: Characters are idiots. this is also a common and forgivable sin, but this book takes it to incredible levels. we’ve..
Can’t lie ‘ghetto black man’ and ‘cant speak to another man about appreciating him’ almost made me dnf. My main enjoyment of the book was watching our protag suffer since all of his problems (getting stuck in the game, getting betrayed, keeping moral up) are his own fault by not caring about the ppl around..
I love this series! This book was so fun. Every book gets better and better. So much action and I love all the characters. I can’t get over how amazing the audiobook is for theses books. Jeff Hays is an extremely talented narrator. His performances in this series has made me love it even more.

This one has everything I enjoyed about the series so far, and it’s my favorite so far as well. This series is tons of fun and I already pre-ordered book 8. The books get longer too. Matt struck gold with this idea and it’s a great escape into an immersive and satisfying world. Feel good..
