They’ve introduced even more characters. Revenge, it was fun ride. Looking forward to the next book

I can’t stand audiobooks. They’re convenient, but the narrators always ruin the story in my opinion. Jeff Hays is the exception though. DCC is great (horrific, funny, and creative), but it’s really Hays that keeps me addicted to this series. His range is outstanding–it honestly sounds like multiple voice actors–and he brings some added emotion..
I was expecting the book to follow the common pattern of Anthony level up delve deeper. HOWEVER When they discover the ANCIENT FOE! I got suddenly emotionally involved because THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE! Seriously hype and broke the expected pattern. As always Jeff Hays clearly has fun narrating this book and he delivers a..
Don’t really have anything bad to say about this book or audio. The audio though is the huge cherry on top it’s awesome even without soundbooth’s touch. The narrator is so good you can go without the full on experience. He is amazing at everything he does. But once you hear him and his Many..

While the story and performance of the voice actors are top notch, the quality control of the book was lacking. There are several sections which are missing with just static.

My kiddo is very much into Minecraft and loves listening to these stories when he gets out of school. Perfectly family friendly with a great cast to bring everyone (even Bruce the cat) to life. It is so much fun to hear kiddo laughing while we listen together.
It is so good! Matt D does so well at getting you INVESTED in his characters and Jeff H gives them LIFE. I’ve listened to this series at least 6 times through so I can research the new book coming out so I can make my own theories for the rest of the floors. GLURP..
Was Damian always so annoying. Hate when weak people bully less intelligent beings. Not a smart mc. Also cringey romance
Book 2 delivers exactly what you’d want and expect. I highly recommend the audio version because of Jeff Hays’ performance. If you liked the first book, you won’t be disappointed.
