I don’t usually consume books from the niche LitRPG genre but I was intrigued by all the positive reviews everywhere. The narrator Jeff Hays is truly talented and helped bring this book to life! The story is fast paced, humorous and engaging throughout. I have purchased the second and third audiobooks in this series already!
If you like this you’ll love The Adventures of Tom Stranger by Larry Corriea. It has a very similar vibe.
Unique and unlike any other literary experience I’ve had. So excited for the remainder of the series (all added to my library already!). Try it – seriously. And the performance is incredible, what a versatile narrator.
Great installment as always, but I need more Chester. Audio enchanted the ebook to the ‘enth degree. I think they pick on my poor beloved Chester more than they should. Hopefully in the next book Chester will get more credit.
