It took a little while until I get to know these characters and their world. Then I got sucked more and more into their plight. The last third of the book kept me up all night listening.
At first it sounded like another Dungeon Crawler type of book. AI controllers and humanson an isolated planet being used for fodder in the big money machine. Online players get to kill the innocents.
