I love how it’s not taking itself to seriously and how theres always a joke
the humor is on point

The added effects make it so much more of an immersive experience. They really bring the story to life
This is one of the best series I’ve ever read. It is so hard to describe without sounding insane. Just give it a chance.
I cackled so much while reading this book that my family thought I finally cracked! The story is full of hilarious quick witted content and very well written. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series!
There is a lot of “guy who thinks min maxing with spreadsheets is super cool”, and compounding number tropes. But that is the only bad thing here. It is interesting, fun, and lovable. Sometimes the narrator sounds like he ages 10 years from one word to the next, but sound booth theater is always amazing…
The Dad jokes and puns are funny, but the book puts too much importance on the non-gender character being as feminine as possible. Plenty of books have lgbtq characters and don’t have to make it a third of the dialog. (an over exaggeration, but not by much)
Once again Donut keeps stealing the show and that’s with a dinosaur dance number and Carl just blowing things up and getting away with it by the threads of his boxers.
