There is nothing that truly sticks out as a dislike but I do wish there were mores parts in the story where they talk about the legion.

Thanks that’s all I really had to say about it. The book is fine overall.

The protagonist Carl and the rest of the characters had their own unique flare to them and the story was a page turner. The audio narrative was amazing and made me laugh at times.

loved all of it, there were times it was hard to follow but that was the challenge

this was a longer book in the DCCU but would read again and I am waiting for the next book to be published.

I really like this series, great writing and dialouges, much humor and great action… this is spot on (for me). I have been waiting for this book to come out and it was worth it. I was a little worried that book 7 would be (also) 2 years away, but apparently it was already done..

The audio version adds so much to the story due to Jeff Hays brilliant whacky Chester voices. The other two narrators were great also but Chester owns my heart.

There are many thematic similarities with D. Rus’s Alterworld series but from the inverse perpective. this was an extremely enjoyable listen and I recommend it for Lit RPag with a strong female lead and for its exploration of emergent sentience.

i love the voice actors, original listened to “dungeon crawler carl” series and decided to listen to this for the heck of it… but have been dragged in…(shout out to the author) and can’t wait to hear what happens next… but still can’t stop hearing princess donut and prepetente… in a good way to…
