Love Donut, voices, humorous writing. Jeff Hays and Matt Dinniman are a perfect pair. Definitely plan to get every book.
Fantastic narration

I typically like to read along while listening to a book if I am not driving. Matt Dinniman has done a fantastic job with this whole series. In between the actual books, audible books, and the Immersion Tunnel Audio episodes this whole series has been a blast. I started right around Christmas and have gotten..
The writer missed the English class about show not tell. Because the whole book was a long lecture to the reader. Character development is poor. There was no likable characters in this book. Some were really annoying and some were just neutral. This was written by a dungeon master thinking he should write a book…
This book is questionably entertaining. You can’t help but get sucked in. Surprisingly, my favorite character is Mordechai the guildmaster.
I love the audio books from this book series! Literally makes me laugh, scream, cry, root for Donut and Carl! Just can’t get enough. Thank you 🙂 <3
This was a fun story and for the most part I enjoyed the narration. I love Soundbooth Theater and always search for books they narrate. There are reviews complaining about the voice of the hammer and while I wish the voice had been different, it didn’t interfere with my overall enjoyment of the book.
Great listen. Was done with it in two days and hoping that there is another book coming soon. The next book definitely more music. Mood music makes these fantasy books more fun to listen to.
Listen to a lot of audiobooks over the years and let me tell you this individual who reads this book is one of the worst I’ve listened to. His delivery and accent are atrocious. It really does take you out of the audiobook.
